Tried launching from EXE in directory rather than directly through steam.

Reinstalled latest Graphics Drivers for AMD.

Troubleshooting since then (As Issue Remains the Same)

Disable all mods, relaunch, do not click continue: Game crashes on Total War Screen.

Able to launch game, do not click continue: Able to reach main menu but can't start campaign under any faction, same loading screens as above and CTD.

Upon finding save file location, my save for the Chaos campaign is simply gone.

Able to relaunch game by clicking continue in launcher, leads to regular loading screen with red bar, only to be replaced by new loading screen with blue bar and CTD.

Problem Begins: Playing Chaos Campaign in II and game crashes to desktop.

I've done a pretty fair job of researching before posting this, and the fact I haven't found an answer in two days of troubleshooting means I've decided to post here with all the steps I've tried so far and see if anyone is experiencing the same issue or anything similar.
